We delivered a complete production-line installation from engineering and procurement through to commissioning and handover.
The challenge
Meridian needed to expand production capacity but had limited internal resources to coordinate equipment procurement, installation, controls, and commissioning across multiple suppliers.
Our approach
We managed the project from engineering and equipment coordination through installation, controls integration, testing, and final commissioning. Every stage was planned around the client's production schedule.
The result
The new line was brought online within the planned commissioning window, with integrated equipment and controls ready for production handover.
