SCADA modernisation for multi-machine production
We upgraded plant monitoring and machine controls to give operators real-time visibility across multiple production systems.
The challenge
Westfield had several machines operating independently with limited communication between systems. Operators had to check individual machines to understand production status and identify faults.
Our approach
We connected the existing PLC systems to a central SCADA environment and developed dashboards for machine status, alarms, production data, and performance monitoring.
The result
The centralised system gave operators a single view of production and made it easier to identify issues before they affected the wider line.
