We delivered a complete automation project covering engineering, equipment integration, installation, controls, testing, and commissioning.
The challenge
Nova Industries was building a new production facility and needed a single engineering partner capable of coordinating multiple systems while meeting a fixed launch date.
Our approach
We managed the project from initial engineering through equipment coordination, installation, PLC and SCADA integration, testing, and final commissioning. Site activities were carefully phased to meet the construction programme.
The result
The facility was successfully commissioned and handed over with integrated production systems ready for operation.
